Is It Safe To Have Cyclobenzaprine And Lorzone At The Same Time?

My doctor prescribed both cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) 5 mg 1-2 tabs once daily before bedtime and also lorzone 750 3 tabs daily for muscle spasms, pain, and stiffness in my neck. Since both of these Rx are muscle relaxants, is it okay to take both though? Thanks
