Is It Safe To Have Taxim O And Levoday?

Hi doctor,

I am down with fever for the past 3-4 days. I was advised to take uclair, dolo 650 but fever dint subside.
I consulted the same doc yesterday, he has changed all my tabs. He has prescribed dolo 650, levoday, taxim o, nimulid, bro zedex

I understand that taxim o and levoday are antibiotics - Is it okay to have lot of antibiotics ?

Surly not I wont advice both of the antibiotics simultaneously.
As the detailed history of your illness is unavailable the exact comment regarding which antibiotic should be continued can not be done.
But considering the symptoms narrated by you and the medication given to you the chances of you to have the throat infections are more.
Considering the same my advice is that you can continue with following medications
T taxim O 200 mg two times a day after food
replace tab Nimulid with tablet combiflam two times a day after food (nimesulide should be avoided)
continue bro-zedex as advised
All medications to be continued for 5 days
No need of dolo 650 as tab combiflam contains the paracetamol.
You can have one of the antacid such as omeprazole 20 mg two times a day before food.
