Is It Safe To Have Sex After Recovering From Disc Bulge?
Hi, I am 19 years old and have disc bulge at l3/l4, l4/l5 and l5/s1. I also have degenerative changes in my disc. But now after rest and therapy, walk and exercises there is almost no pain in the body. Can I now move on with my sex life? Will I be able to perform well and satisfy my partner?

Looking to your medical history I could say that you can go for coitus but you need to be very careful because any wrong posture could cause great harm here the right posture is matter, you can talk to physiotherapist for better position and advise, hope this information helps.
