Is It Safe To Masturbate While Having A Catheter Post TURP Surgery?
Hi I m a 70 year old male, I had turp surgery 12 days ago and have got a twoc appointment to remove my catheter on the 13th Feb. Everything seems to be fine, But I d like to know if it would be alright to masterbate so as to relieve my constant erections
Normally, it should not make any special difference, even if you masturbate with presence of catheter except a slight discomfort. However, for some this experience is very sore. A loop of catheter can be left at the tip of penis to accommodate increased length of penis during erection. However, for most of the males, this is a cumbersome act, which is annoying usually.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
