Is It Safe To Start Taking Microginon Mid Cycle?

I want to start taking microginon mid cycle we im going away in 4 weeks and don't want to have my period then. I know some times it can take 4 weeks to settle down. If I take it mid cycle will it make me bleed more irregular. Should it be settled in 4 weeks time

Hello,

Yes, you can take but before that check you are not pregnant and use other cycle of contraceptive for 7 days. At first cycle of start of contraceptive it is unpredictable that will the bleeding will be heavy or delayed. If you want to skip bleeding for particular period of time 3 days before take progesterone pill continue till you want to delay. on the day you leave it will be followed by bleeding. do not take for more than 14 days
