My friend has been taking benadrly recreational about 3-4 times a month. He is doing approximatley 400-550 mg of diphenhydramine each time. what is the dangers of doing this? Is it really dangerous ?

He has become addicted for this syrup. He needs to be stopped and counselled. Sedation, dizziness, irritability, digestive problems, etc. can occur after taking this repeatedly.
