Is It Safe To Take Flomax For Urinary Infection?

I was recently prescribed Flomax to counteract a side effect of Effexor, which I started taking two months ago. I was having trouble urinating before the Flomax. Now, the urination is no problem, but I m feeling nauseated. I was wondering if it could be the Flomax that causes this.

Its side effects are dizziness or dry ejaculation.
