Is It Safe To Take Imunovit, Stemetil MD, Vertin And Rekool?
I have been advised by my doctor to take Imunovit, Stemetil MD, Vertin and Rekool. I want to know why these are consumed and whether there is any home treatment i.e natural treatment available like yoga or Pranayam. My diesease is that my head is rounding sometime and I am feeling weak.

Imunovit caplet contains :
Echinacea Extract 250 mg
Phyllanthi Herb Extract 50 mg
It is prescribed for indications like maintaining health, improving liver functions and increasing immune system. The drug has doubtful efficacy.
It seems you are suffering from Vertigo-most probably Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).
Stemetil MD (Prochlorperazine), Vertin(betahistine HCl) are prescribed for vertigo and associated symptoms like nausea and vomiting. These are to given for limited periods say 10 days or so.
You can go for yoga or pranayam also as BPPV can be effectively treated with repositioning movements such as the Epley maneuver;equivalent positioning procedure can be in Yogas also. Kindly consult concerned experts on yogas.
