is it safe to take loprin 75 mg when 4 weeks pregnant ...i had 2 missed misscarages ,,first was 3 months i did not take any medicine ...but second time doc advised me to take loprin when i got possitive test but again i had no baby heart beat and ended up with dnc not im third time pregnant ..i m not sur if i syart taking loprin or not plz help me
Yes, loprin-75 is considered safe during pregnancy. Loprin is given to improve the blood flow to the fetus and hence maintain normal pregnancy. It can lower the chances of recurrent miscarriages and preeclampsia in women who are at high risk for these conditions. It is safe during pregnancy hence can be taken without fear. Ask your doctor to check APLA (anti-phospho lipid antibody) levels. If they are raised, you need to start low molecular weight heparin.
