Is It Safe To Take Marinol While On Trileptal?

I am currently taking Trileptal (two times a day, morning and one or two hours before bed and Seroquel at bedtime. I have been diagnosed as Bipolar II and I have neuropathy with significant pain I have tried tried Marinol one day 12 hours apart. The first dose was taken with the Trileptal. I became very drowsy and loopy, affected my motor coordination, but for a few hours my mood did improve from severe anxiety and depression to less. My appetite and stomach issues were greatly affected, negatively and I had difficulty eating. I became very anxious again so took another one 12 hours later but this time did not have same effect except continued stomach problems. Do you think it is safe to take the Marinol, as needed (do not need every day). My doctor has suggested taking only one dose. The drug interaction site said there is no drug interaction between Tripleptal, Seroquel and Marinol. Thank you.
