Is It Safe To Take Methadone, Phentermine And Wellbutrin Together?

I take 170 mgs of Methadone & phentermine 37.5 mg every morning, now my doctor wants me on 150 mgs of Wellbutrin, is this safe to take all together? I know you might not believe me but I don t have even one dollar! I would pay if I could but I can t. Thx for your time .

I can understand your concern. You are on high dose of Methadon, Phentermine and now going to take Bupropion. Pheniramine is an anti obesity drug and is known to cause agitation and excitation. Bupropion is also known to cause agitation in some individuals. Taking high doses of Phentermine along with bupropion also increase risk of Serotonin syndrome. So I would advise you to discuss to your doctor regarding dose adjustments if needed.
