Is It Safe To Take Modus 10 During Pregnancy?

Actually i have no period for the last 22 days....But i hv done 2 htp.. it shows negative...plz help me...doctor prescribed me modus 10.but i have a doubt about this dat if am i pregnant??because i have a unprotected sex after my last period..(25.08.14) and never late for long time as i now.it is secure to take this medicine....bcoz i want baby now.

Welcome to HCM,
Modus is a progesterone, and we can give it during pregnancy in selected cases. As you said your periods were regular before, so i believe your doctor has given to increase your chances of pregnancy . I feel that you are still continuing your Modus tablet. I would suggest, after confirming with your doctor you stop Modus tablet for this month, and wait for 10days to see your period. If you still do not see the period, and pregnancy test is negative, then we have to look for other causes. When we prescribe any medicine, we make sure that benefit outweighs the side effects.
