Hello Doctor I am 35 years old, 84 Kgs, g6pd deficient. I have started going to gym and looking to take a protein supplement, specifically ON Gold Whey Protein Isolate. I will be taking 60 Gms a day. Please advice if I should take it. Last time when I was taking this protien, it did not have any impact but a month later when I changed my supplement and started eating sea food as well, I was diagnosed with hepatitis A.
