It is really good that you have chosen to be healthy. But there are no short cuts for that. So any type of product which promises
weight loss will not help. To loose weight you need to follow proper diet principles and do regular exercise.
Try to decrease Fat content ( Oil, ghee, butter) of your diet significantly.
Try to avoid simple sugar in drinks and meals.
Try to eat more vegetables and fruits with every meal.
Don't eat large amount of food in one meal, instead try to break large meal into frequent small portions.
Eat complex carbohydrates - whole grains and more
proteins, that will help you to maintain constant energy level.
Do regular exercise. Walking is best exercise for any age group. Do brisk Walking at least 30-40 minutes per day. Walking two times per day will help in speedy weight loss.
Include lemon and low fat milk in diet. Vit C and calcium will help in weight loss.
