Hi,
Though non hormonal contraception is preferred while breast feeding, Progestin only contraceptives like Levonorgestrel( Postinor) are preferred in breast feeding patients.
So, please do not be stressed, you hve taken a hormone permissible while breast feeding.
Still Postinor should not be used frequently, as it has a high dose of hormone, it's better avoided.it's better to switch on to regular progestin containing oral contraceptives/ IUD for long term use.
Thanks.
