Is It Safe To Take Solavert And Warfram For Atrial Fibrillation?

I am taking solavert and warfram for AF. I am regularly checking for AF with blood pressure monitor and have not had any for several weeks. However I am becoming very tired, sluggish with very painful legs and hips. Could this be a side effect of the drugs, if so what alternative might I have for one or both. I want to be able to discuss this with my Doctor but with some background understanding. Ian
