Is It Safe To Take Sunitanib For Tumor Growth In The Liver?

hi, my name is John. my doctor wants me to cansider taking sunitanib. I was taking gleecac for aprox. 6 years, but it seems to stop working, as I have a toumour groputh in the liver. I have a condition called GIST, I am sceduald to have CHEMOEMOBILIZATION soon.. My qwestion is is this drug (sunitanib)_ worth all the sideffects or risk?

If this is nonresectable GIST which obiously is, then Sunitanib may be good option to slow done tumor progression and prolong survival rate. I may have some side effects such as nausea, vomit or headache but if you look at cost benefit then it is reasonable option for this treatment.
