Is It Safe To Take Temazepam Before Flying?
Would half a temazepam 10mg tablet be ok for me to take to help me sleep on a flight? I am 64 years old, no heart problems - have some arthritis in my foot and fingers and have some vein problems in my legs but will wear the correct stockings etc. on the flight. Sue

Yes, taking half tablet of Temazepam 10 mg is ok to use in those cases.
Though, keep in mind:
--to not take it if you know you are allergic from it,
--if you don't have kidney or liver problems its safe to take 1 tablet also which may work better,
--and take it with water and avoid use of alcohol while its in your system,
--don't use it often if you don't need it, because is from the medicines that creates dependence.
