Vermox is mebendazole which is FDA category C medicine. Though it has shown adverse effects on the foetus of experimental animals, there are no evidences that it is harmful to the human foetus.
This medicine is used for worms. You may take it safely once during the pregnancy. If your belly is tight, find out whether you are starting your labour pains. If you are constipated, you may take soft laxative with the advice of your Obstetrician.
