Hi,
Alevo (
Levofloxacin) is category C drug, i.e., animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.
Foracot 200 [
Budesonide + Formoterol] Budesonide is category B drug, i.e., animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
Formoterol is category C drug. Alprax (Alprazolam) is category D drug, i.e., there is positive evidence of human fetal risk based on adverse reaction data from investigational or marketing experience or studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.
Ascoril (Ambroxol,
Guaifenesin,
Levosalbutamol) cough syrup; Ambroxol may be used during
pregnancy without a recognizable risk of a teratogenic effect. Levosalbutamol is category A, i.e., safe to use during pregnancy. Guaifenesin is category B drug.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
