Is It Safe To Take Antibiotics For Asthma And Moderal Antral Gaestritis?
A am a 28 year old man, having problem of moderal antral gaestritis.Taking medicine everyday. Now a chest specialist found that i have mild Asthma for that he has prescribed an antibiotic ( Clavam 625 ) & Budamate 200 transhaler. My question is , how safe is to take antibiotic in this sitution?
In general, antibiotics are safe when used appropriately and as prescribed by a healthcare professional. However, they can have side effects, such as allergic reactions, diarrhea, and upset stomach. Clavam 625 is a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid and is commonly used to treat bacterial infections. It's possible that your chest specialist prescribed it to treat an infection that may have worsened your asthma symptoms.
Budamate 200 is a combination of budesonide and formoterol and is used as a maintenance treatment to control asthma symptoms. It's important to use this medication as directed and to rinse your mouth with water after using the inhaler to prevent thrush or other side effects.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
