Is It Safe To Take Antihistamine Loratadine For Cholestasis And Hordeolum In Eyelid?

I have a persistent (5 weeks) hordeolum deep inside my lower eyelid and was yesterday prescribed Flucloxacillen. Quite aside my concerns about the incidence of it causing cholestasis in my age group, the skin on my face today is sore and both eyes puffy. Is it safe to take the antihistamine Loratidine with it?
