Is It Safe To Take Biotin Vitamins While Breastfeeding 9 Months Baby?
Hi my names is Danlanae I am breastfeeding my baby of almost 9 months I was wondering of it's okay to take biotin vitamins I do take prenatal vitamins still but Im trying to improve my hair cause it's shedding a lot so I just wanted to know what are all the vitamins that will be safe while nursing my baby.
