Is It Safe To Take De-worm Tablets During Pregnancy?

Hi Dr Grief

I'm nearly 6 week pregnant. A few days ago before I found out I was pregnant, I took a de-worm tablet because my dog had worms. I'm not sure if I did the wrong thing and it can possibly affect the baby.

Please kindly advise.

Albandazole. Which is de worming tablet is absolutely safe to be taken during pregnancy. And it has no adverse effects on baby.
