Is It Safe To Take Emeset Injection During Pregnancy?

hi. Im 30 years old my weight is 61 kg, im pregnant by 10 weeks, my 1st son is 9 months old. My question is after i got pregnant i was vomiting non stop even couldn take a drop of water so my doctar gave me emeset injection and tablets, im much better now but im worried is it safe for my baby and me??

Vomiting is common in pregnancy and will subside by the second trimester.
Emeset is a category B drug which means it is safe during pregnancy. However if you need to take oral medications to control your vomiting, then it is better to switch to Doxinate 10 mg twice of thrice a day.
