Is It Safe To Take 'fertign 5000' Injection Through Out The Pregnancy?

Iam 15 weeks pregnant and iam having fertign 5000 injection twice in a week from the day i conceived.i would like to konow any side effects will be there ifi can continue the injection till the due of my delivery atleast once in a month.i want a answer from GYN/OB.Kindly reply.

hi,fertigm 5000 is hcg injections which provide hormonal support to the growing fetus.it is usually given to patients which have increased risk of miscarriage due to hormonal insufficiency.continue it till 18 weeks and then you can switch to tab duphaston 10 mg twice a day till 37 weeks.take care all the best.
