Dear Dr. i'm pregnant n usg reports show 7.1wks+/-3 days ,but my lmp is 26th oct ie abt 11wks growth expected bt i had irregular periods since 5-6 months and my last usg reports today showed FHR=145/mts CRL=1.07cm still my Dr. has told to wait n watch for one month, n prescribed me duphastone 10 mg 1 tab daily is it safer to take this med nw i'm in doubt after checking on internet n is it good for foetal growth, what is ur opinion on my pregnncy

This is used in pregnancy when women have bleeding discharge or abdominal cramps (threaten abortion),caused from bad implantation. Bad implantation may be caused from lack of progesterone. To fill this storage we give progesterone. If you havent spotting or abdominal cramps ,i think you dont need for duphastone. Take care of your self
