Is It Safe To Take Mtp Forte Even Though Pregnancy Is Not Confirmed?

Hi, i am 39 yrs old, weighing 180lbs. no health problems. i took a home pregnancy test which showed negative but was told that i may have taken it too soon. my breasts hurt (i am taking it as a sign that i may be pregnant). i bought the mtp forte to take, is this safe?

Hello,
Please do not take the medication until the pregnancy is clinically confirmed by a specialist and a trans-vaginal sonogram is taken to locate the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy. Unnecessary usage of the medication can lead to abnormal bleeding patterns and if you use it in an improper manner in pregnancy, you stand the risk of an incomplete abortion, heavy bleeding, infection and future fertility problems in addition to the grave danger of trying to abort an ectopic pregnancy.
