Is It Safe To Take Ovutrig & Dufaston For Succhronic Hemmota?

hi doctor, my wife is 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant, 29 yrs old. she had some bleeding yesterday end today we got done a sonography. a 2cm subchronic hemmota is discovered and now her gyane has prescribed ovutrig - 5000 per week and dufaston 10 mg twice a day. is it safe during pregnancy and for baby ?
