Hai doctor yesterday i had sex with my girl friend , while my sperm is coming i took my pennis out of her vagina , but i still have doubt that i spread sperm over vagina , so whether she can take tablets(postpone 72) sir ,or it is risky she is 16 years old sir

I understand your concern.

Even though you removed your penis before ejaculation, there's still a good chance that sperms may have entered her body as even the pre-ejaculatory fluid is known to contain sperms. So, there is a chance that she may get pregnant.

Hence, I strongly advice her to take the pills before 72 hrs are completed. Make sure she competes her dose. It is safe to take the pills. She might experience minor side effects like nausea/vomiting. There is nothing to worry about.
