Is It Safe To Take Regestrone For Delayed Menstrual Cycle?
Period was delayed by 9 days and then on 9th day got periods..I have never missed cycle once in the past years...went to doctor the same day and doctor said there are retained follicles in both ovaries and prescribed regestrone for 20days.is it ok to take the tablet since it hormone based?
Tablet Regestrone is a progesterone hormone pill. It will induce secretory changes in the endometrium, and you will get withdrawal bleeding 3 to 7 days after finishing the pills. This will help to get your next cycle within 30 days. In turn this will regularise your cycle.
