Is It Safe To Take Thyronorm During Pregnancy?

Hi i am a 30 year old female 60 kgs weight and i am right now 2 month pregnant.i was detected of having hypothyroid when i am 6 weeks pregnant and am taking thyronorm from then on.Is it safe to continue with the pregnancy ?Or will the baby have any developmental problems.Please suggest.
