Tranexa mf tablets are usually used to control the bleeding and pain during the periods. Usually conception occurs around the period of ovulation and after that the process of development of the fetus starts.
So, taking Tranexa MF tablets, which contain Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid during the first few days of the menstrual cycle may not usually affect the growth of the fetus. Undergoing ultrasound usually the possible causes of heavy menstrual flow can be identified and treatment can be planned accordingly. So, please discuss these things with you are a doctor and proceed accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
