As long as you are keeping good health and have no pregnancy problems it is reasonably safe to travel by train.
Book the lower berth. Dont walk around in a moving train.
Every 1-2 hours stretch and move limbs.
If your BMI is more than 25kg/m2 wear supporting stockings (TED stockings) upto thigh length.
Drink plenty of water / juices.
Whenever the train stops, take a walk for 5-10 minutes.
The wash rooms in train are quite narrow. Make sure you take support of railings when you are using them.
I would advise you to take enough rest in Delhi and then only board the train for return journey. if you feel tired, postpone the return journey.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction
