Is It Safe To Travel With Stents After Suffering From Heart Attack?
YYYY@YYYY My husband had a heart attack in April and had a stent put in. We are going on a cruise and I am concerned about him using the hot tub. He is 5 11 weighs 229. He goes to cardio rehab and walks everyday with no problems. Please email me an answer quickly as I am thinking of cancelling the trip since it is in Europe and we also have to be in a plane for 8 hours.
hello did u mean april 2014 ? looking at the time operated it shouldnt be a risk.but we need to check his blood workup and a basic clinical evaluation.as there is a long air travel which demands prolonged sitting we need to be catious. its good if you can discuss about this trip with the treating cardiologst because he has a good idea of what is the exact condition of patient. please make some time and visit your doctor.
