Is It Safe To Undergo Endoscopy When Suffering From Acid Reflex Problem?
my grand daughter who is 16 hasacid reflex problem for the past three years and has been on medicine under the guidance of DRS BUT NOW BEEN DIAGNOSED AS HETAL HERANYA AND IS ON MEDICATION. WILL IT BE cuRED COMPLETELY BY MEDICINES?.SHE HAS BEEN ADvised to have endoscopy by some DRs . Is there any risk in endoscopy sorry for my bad typing..

No it is not risky to have endoscopy while you have acid reflux problem.
Symptoms of acid reflux will resolve with medications.
But hiatal hernia will not resolve with medicines.
She can safely undergo endoscopy as per the plan of her doctor.
