Is It Safe To Use Betnovate Cream On The Face?
Hello doctor A friend suggested me to usebetnovate c for face glow.I used it also .my face looking fair n softer.but last 10 months I can t use it.now my face looks dark spots,acne problem.please suggest me whether I use this cream again? Or use new creams please suggest me

hello, betnovate is a moderate potency topical corticosteroid which does more harm than good, if applied as self-medication , as in your case.
The acne, pigmentation appears as to be this steroid induced.
So, no, don't go back to this cream or any other steroid as self medication.
Now, for the problem, use brevoxyl creamy wash to wash your face twice daily
Apply 1% Clindamycin gel locally on the acne post washing
Review after 15 days
