Is It Safe To Use Diprovate RD And Tretinoin Long-term For Pimples And Black Spots?

Hi doctor, My Age -28 Weight-69kg H-5.5 I remember once I was prescribed by a doctor to use combination of Diprovate Rd 0.0125% cream and Tretinoin cream 0.025% For pimples and blacks spots . Is it safe to use for long time like a year or more Or should I stop now. FYI - I still get pimples on face (Whiteheads mostly) and on my back as well. Please suggest some relief.Now I m tired
