Is It Safe To Use Lobate Gn For Cuts On The Face?
Hi Sir,
I have problem with my face skin.
I cant shave everyday or multiple times in a week, just because if i tried to do so it get cut at many places.
5-6 years back when i told this problem to my chemist, he told me to use Lobate Gn on the place where got cut while shaving.
Whenever I use this cream i get good result but i am now become addict of this cream.
If some day this cream is unavailable the my face look very dull and many pimples on face.
I also developed big dark circle around my eyes.
I want to ask is it because of using Lobate Gn?
Can i get ride of dark circle?
and can i get permanent solution for my this problem?

Lobate-Gn contains a potent steroid, clobetasol propionate. It should never be used on face as a regular use cream and in any case, never for more than 2 weeks, and that too under the supervision of a doctor.
Potent steroids if used on face for long duration can lead to side effects like Acne, Photosensitivity, Skin thinning and telangiectasias etc.
Therefore
I would advice that you discontinue with this cream as soon as possible.
For minor cuts and rashes you could use a topical antibiotic like Mupirocin or fusidic acid.
Topical Benzoyl peroxide gel and clindamycin gel can be applied over acne lesions.
Dark circles can benefit from using one of the many OTC creams available along with a regular 6-8 hours of sleep pattern, avoiding long working hours on computers, a good healthy diet etc
