Is it safe to use antibiotic for very mild cold and cough which can be cured by having noseclear drops?

Taxim O syrup is safe for a 4 month old baby. Your doctor has prescribed Taxim O because your son probably has a bacterial infection and not simply a cold. You must heed your doctor's advice and take the antibiotic for the prescribed duration.
