Is It Safe To Use Ben Wa Balls To Strengthen Vaginal Walls?
yes, I have a bulge coming out of my vaginal area. It isn t there all the time. It seems like when the vagina is dry it bulges more. I am 58 years old, post- menopause. I exercise regularly and also do kegels. Is it ok to use ben wa balls to strengthen the vaginal walls. Last year I talked with my doctor regarding the bulge and they asked if I could urinate and move my bowels. I didn t have a problem last year with this and I don t now. I have no pain or discharge. My doctor told me to continue with my kegel exercises and let them know if I am having a problem with bowel and urinating. I am concern about it getting worst? Maybe I need to see my doctor for a examine .
It's because of estrogen deficiency after menopause. Your vaginal wall will lose its normal elastic nature and gradually sag and come out. You have to continue with Kegel exercise. If any increase in size better to show your consultant and get a pelvic floor repair.
