Please type your query here...hi i am 24 year old female married for 6 months.i m planning to get pregnant, i visited a gynecologist she advised me to take biopreg-f tablets daily each for follic acid. biopreg-f contains biotin 5mg and follic acid 5mg but i have read that maximum intake of follic acid should not exceed 1 mg for women. how safe is it to continue intake of this tablet, will it not have any side effects?
