Is It Safe To Use Cyclopam Tablet For Severe Pain In Abdomen During Periods?
Hello m pooja from Mumbai. Every month during first day of my periods i have seviere pain in my lower abdomen specially when the peroids began.i feel as if i m in labour.today is my first day n i have bought cyclopam tablet from the medical store.after havng it i got relief in an hour. Please tell me is it ok to use every month on the first day if i feel the pain...thanks

You are suffering from dysmenorrhoea. Best is to use tab meftal spas 500mg thrice a day.tjis should help to act as antispasmodic.cyclopam is a psychotic drug ..the benzodiazepine and has the probability of habit formation. It relieves fast in some but meftal spas is safe even in high dosages.regards

This is called dysmenorrhea and Dicyclomine (Cyclopam) have a little role in such pain it would be better to add Ibuprofen 200 mg along with this or Ibuprofen alone could work nicely, most of the time such pain subside on its own seldom needs analgesic better try to bear this instead of taking medicines, take care
