hi.. thanks for sharing your problem here in this forum.. evion tablet contains vitamin E...vitamin E is an anti oxidant which means that it remove the free radicals in the body which is good for health...vitamin E also protects good fats of body...you can use it as supplement. as for as bad effects are concerned it occurs when you use it in overdose...this may cause anticoagulation(thinning of blood) but this occur very rarely..you should take care when you are using it with aspirin as this is dangerous,,, hope you get the answer...thanks DR IHSAN
