Is It Safe To Use Mefthal Spas For Stomach Pain?

hi doctor. last week my stomach was and went to visit a doctor. he prescribed me "mefthal spas". After taking these tablets i feel very dizzy and no pain at al. I ve heard from my friends mefthal spas is more or less like spasmo proxyvon and they pop to get high. I dont take them to get high but do take them because the doctor prescribed it. My question is that is it safe to have these tablets and what are its side effects?

The ingredient of "meftal spas " are Dicyclomine Hydrochloride 10 mg+ mefenamic acid 250 mg .
Side effects difficult in accomodation, tachycardia , palpitations, urinary retention , exacerbation, EXCITEMENT , HALLUCINATION , DELIRIUM .
While ingredients of spasmo-proxyvon areDicyclomin HCL, 10 mg , acetaminophen 400 mg and propoxyhene napsylate 100 mg .
Side effects of spamo-proxynon is also same as mentioned above + habit forming nature and drug dependence .
So more or less spasmo-proxyvon is more habit forming and drug dependence than meftal spas because of propoxyphene salt.
In my opinion , if necessity then take only meftal spas .
