Hi,

It is not safe to during pregnancy. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly prescribed to treat painful conditions like joint pain, body ache, and muscle pain. It is not recommended for women who are pregnant or planning to get pregnant in near future. It can cause harmful effects on the developing fetus especially during pregnancy. I advise you to take paracetamol tablets in normal doses for the symptomatic relief of pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
