Is It Safe To Wait 5-6 Days For The Redness And Slight Bleeding On My Clitoris To Heal?

Hi, i used hair removal cream. And now my clitoris is red and I think a little bit bleeding. I am going to be okay? It hurts when I pee but otherwise it doesn’t hurt. It’s my first time using it and I wasn’t putting it directly on clitoris, my hair was little longer could it touch it? Do I need to go to gynaecologist? Do I need to use anything for it? Or just leave it and wait 5-6 days?
