Is It Safe To Walk For More Than An Hour Each Day In Pregnancy?

Hi,

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I stoped going at work as I would like to be relaxed during fisrt 3 months. However, I miss the walking as I use to walk a lot previously. Now I walk slow for an hour and I feel presure on my low abdomen? Should I be worried, is it safe to walk more than 1 hour per day?

Thank you
