Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hello sir, i sindhu from india i have got the offer for new job today and i m afraid whether i can do it as i have to travel by bus or bike around 30km daily for office, i m 8week pregnant, plz help.

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion avoidance of physical strain during the first trimester is very important.Journey daily by bus or bike might not be advisable as it is associated with jerks.If its your own vehicle like car then it might be good.So outweigh the risks and benefits as we need to take lot of care in initial part of pregnancy.
