Hello sir, I'm sorry to hear this about you health..
But do not worry, I'm here to help you out..
Welcome to HCM and I thank you for posting your query..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
Well, I will analyze all your concerns..
1. You say you have had hemorrhoids..
So bleeding per
rectum in a case of hemorrhoids is the most common presentation.
So no worries, it's normal thing..
2. If you have never seen blood In your stools, then I suggest you to inspect your stools. Only then we can come to conclusion and treat the cause.
3. Also, how old are you? Because older people more than say 50 years to 60 years have more chances of cancer
colon and rectum which presents as bleeding.
In case you are young below 40 years, then do not worry..
4. Solid stools, indicates that you are suffering from
constipation.
That is again a common problem.
Please try to avoid constipation. Largely it is done through diet and lifestyle modifications.
A. Drink around 4 litre of water
B. High fiber and vegetables in diet
C. You can use syrup Duphulac if these doesn't help..
Make sure you are not constipated. Only then, all your problems will be solved.
Hope this helps you, and in case you need any further assistance, please let me know..
Take care and God bless you..
